CPS500 Core Plugs in Steel and Synthetic materials

The CPS500 Core Plugs, for the Tissue Paper converting, are produced with Steel and Syntetic materials.
This solution is considering a dedicated Core Plug for 3" ID cores, a BASE Core Plug for 150mm/6" ID cores and different Adapters for ID cores from 200mm to 450mm.
For the big ID cores this solution in two different components (BASE Core Plug + Adapter) gives the possibility to limit the weight of each component (around 30kg).
This solution provides high strenght and resistence, with the possibility to convert paper rolls with Max weight up to 3.500Kg, and it is ergonomic, a single worker can handle the different components.
